Scope of Work
Collecting all the company›s rights in terms of fixed debts and financial claims with others before resorting to the courts
Drafting legal letters addressed to clients or employees within the company and before any competent authority, including alerts, warnings, and legal notices
Preparing internal regulations and organizational structure and reviewing the companys human resources policy
Attend meetings, participate in negotiations, and represent the company legally with the owner or representative of the company directly when concluding transactions, contracts, and commercial deals with third parties
Providing legal advice of all kinds, verbally and in writing, in various fields of law, and providing advice and guidance in the company›s relationship with others to take the appropriate position that protects the company›s interests from a legal point of view
Investigate any violations and any financial or administrative abuses issued by the company’s employees, including but not limited to financial embezzlement, any serious physical and verbal assaults, employee neglect and destruction of company property, ...etc
Negotiating expansive settlements with diverse stakeholders to accommodate varied interests, ensuring comprehensive agreements benefitting all involved parties
Drafting and reviewing all types of agreements, contracts, regulations, documents and legal forms in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Sultanate of Oman
